·   ATT/ALLTEL RF Network build: Managed SC market daily operations, augmentations and new  builds of macrocells (LTE, UMTS, as well as GSM/Diversity) wireless network consolidation/ RAN, also provide expertise for new or upgrades of DC power systems, AC UPS systems, installations of Ericsson, ALU  base stations, RRH, RET antenna modifications, troubleshooting, sectorizations, various equipment swaps at cell sites

§    Accountable for Ericsson financial tools (Civil Workbook, Site Handler, Siterra) for all AAV/Fiber projects.

§    Ensured that all Fiber backhaul SOW/ commitments were met in accordance with project goals, objectives and budgets.

§    Led Telco / RAN construction management services for the Sprint Network Vision LTE Fiber to the cell sites /transport build for Georgia, Alabama markets with over 800 sites, also supporting Atlanta Market with over 1000 sites.

§    Completed site development/acquisition, design, build, and integration as Backhaul-Fiber Manager.

§    Supporting Sprint Special Project Team (iDAS /oDAS) for Alabama, Georgia, Atlanta Markets in RF Network build and backhaul ( 31 sites)
